Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange the day or time for which the service was contracted/requested. Other arrangements can be possible on contacting the office prior to the scheduled service. A 50% cancellation fee (of the total amount charged for the service) is applied to notice given in less then 48 hours.
Termination of the contract
PLEASE NOTE: The client can terminate the agreement up to 14 days prior to commencement of the service, and in the case of a continuing contract by not less than 14 days notice. If the agreement is terminated with less than 14 days notice the client will remain liable for 50% of the full prices of the cleaning services.
Claims
In case of a complaint, the Company requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. The company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.Carpets
The Company will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.An email will be sent with terms and conditions. We will not proceed without agreement on the terms and conditions. We also require the ability to return up to 24 hours after the clean has been performed to address any areas that have been missed and are not up to standard. There is no charge for this. If you cannot provide access to the premises for a return team to clean, no discount will be given.
Where the property is above and beyond what one cleaning team can perform in one day (unless agreed by Tidy Heidi's Cleaning Services), we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. That maybe to assign more cleaners, or in the case of heavy soiling to discuss further payment. This is an unusual event however. Fridges and Freezers must be thoroughly defrosted before cleaning can commence. They will not be covered by the terms if this is not the case. Ovens must be in a condition that will enable thorough cleaning with chemical agents. If steam cleaning is required it will be charged at an extra £20 upon agreement.
Areas that cannot be cleaned due to ingrained staining or wear and tear will be noted and you will be emailed a report of the clean after the service has been provided.
